- White loaf
- This is a good, soft loaf of white pan bread. Great for sandwiches and toast.
- Black Forest
- This loaf is similar to the White loaf, but it is baked directly on the hearth, creating a more sturdy loaf with a lighter crumb and thicker crust. Wonderful with soup.
- Whole Wheat loaf
- Our Whole Wheat loaf is made with 100% whole wheat flour. Wild yeast gives this sandwich loaf a slightly sour flavor that tastes great and isn’t overpowering.
- Multigrain loaf
- In this 100% whole grain loaf, you’ll find barley, flax seed, coarse corn meal, sunflower seed, rye flour, oats and whole wheat in here. This is our favorite for peanut butter and jelly.
- Baguette
- We believe that a true baguette should contain only flour, water, yeast and salt. Once you’ve tried our Baguettes, you will not be able to eat another supermarket baguette again.
- Focaccia
- This is an Italian style white bread. It’s light and airy with a pleasant chewiness and a thin crust. Our favorite bread for just eating…it’s also great with soup.
- Challah (Friday Only)
- This is a rich, braided egg bread. It has a very light crumb and subtly sweet flavor that makes it delicious by itself, or as french toast. We make plain, poppy seed, or sesame seed Challah.
