We are invested in minimizing our impact on the environment here at the Upper Crust.  Although we have been composting a majority of our waste since we first opened, we have recently converted to all recyclable paper products.  That means almost all non-recyclable to go products are now compostable.  Why almost?  Because right now, we cannot find a good source for compostable lids and straws.  Those still need to go into the trash.
